Does Sana replace an online cash register and fiscal receipt?
No. Sana is a sales and inventory app, not an online fiscal cash register. If your business requires fiscalization, use your registered cash register alongside Sana.
Can I sell without internet?
Yes. Core sales operations work offline and data syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Do I need to buy a scanner or computer?
No. A phone is enough to start, and barcodes are scanned with its camera. Add equipment only if your workflow needs it.
Can cashiers see owner profit and settings?
No. Cashiers use separate accounts with a limited workspace. Financial analytics and store management stay with the owner.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can view and export sales and other store data as CSV. We do not lock your history inside the service.
How long does Sana Founder access last, and can the terms change?
Sana Founder is a plan for the first 69 stores ready to support Sana at launch. You pay 66,990 ₸ once, and your store gets every feature for as long as Sana runs. Access has no expiry date: it won’t end while Sana is running. How long Sana will run isn’t known in advance or guaranteed: it could be months or years. The price is fixed and the plan terms are locked for your store: even if the plans change later, there will be no monthly or extra payments, and every feature stays included.
Are there hidden fees, or features that cost extra?
No. Sana only charges for your plan: 6,699 ₸ a month, or 66,990 ₸ once for Sana Founder (first 69 stores). Every feature is included in both plans, with no paid add-ons or extra charges. Each plan covers one store and up to 5 staff members, with no paid upgrade. You turn expenses, staff and advanced analytics on or off in store settings. There are no automatic charges: you pay through Kaspi and send the receipt.
What happens after the free 7 days?
After the 7-day trial you get another 24 hours to pay. New sales and edits are then blocked, while viewing and exporting remain available. There are no automatic charges.
